As some of you may have noticed, there was a minor validation issue with the first version of TheBuckmaker theme.[ad#adkleinright] This had no effect on functions, but placing a “Valid XHTML”-button means it’s 100% valid and provides high quality – what it does now. Convince yourself by clicking the button in the sidebar.
Version 1.0.2 is valid XHTML, but you don’t need to upgrade for this reason. There are some modifications in the look: The hover-effect of the globe is now also available in IE6, and the “pipe”, the two vertical lines between content and sidebar, now reaches right to the bottom of the page.
I’d like to encourage you to ask me any questions about the theme and also tell me your wishes for the next versions.

Nice looking and clean theme. I am now happily using this for my website. Thank you.
Hi Adam,
glad to hear that!
Best wishes, Joe
This theme is fantastic. I’m downloading it just to marvel at it.
Hi, I am still enjoying this theme very much.
There is one small problem you may want to fix. If you click the “comment” link on a post from the main page, the anchor title is “respond”. Since there is no anchor titled “repond” on the post page, it defaults to the top of page.
The actual name of the anchor near the comment section in your theme is “postcomment”
I made the changes on my website, but if you update this theme, you may want to fix this minor bug.
I really had fun with this theme. It was my first introduction to WP after hand coding my site for years, but I was shoved into the transition by a lizard
(and THAT is a long story)
I fell in luv with the mouse-over rss feed invite
as well as the title
..and it kinda went from there.
I viewed TOO MANY themes that left me wondering which to chose, but I saw TheBuckMaker and grinned.
Thank you so much for such a great theme.
Suddenly I feel cool.

@CitizenX: Wow, your comment really sounds great – thanks. This theme is kind of ‘love at second sight’ for most people who use it – it gets stickier over time, which of course is better than the opposite
valid xhtml?? please cek this out http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fthebuckmaker.com&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.606
Achot, the post didn’t refer to TheBuckmaker but to the theme called “TheBuckmaker”. Acutally I don’t validate TheBuckmaker.com too often as there’s no use in doing so.
